Shipping & Returns


Delivery Information

All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you the next working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow three - five working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be dispatched. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

Shippping Guide

• 1. We deliver your order by Parcel Force – Worldwide Express Mail Service (Order Tracking) .

• 2. The orders usually are dispatched within 12-48 hours from the order date. After the goods dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately. If you still have any questions, please contact us via live chat or e-mail.

• 3. Deliveries usually take 3~5 working days to arrive.

• 4. The freight will charge you £ 9.99 per order, which will be converted into the local currency based on your choice. We offer fixed shipping fee for every single order which will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment, no matter how many items are purchased.

• 5. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.

Return policy

Returns

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. All ordered items here are closely to the word here "what you see on our website are what you get in 7 days". Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back . All items sent back to us must be in their original condition. i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a part of restocking fee and bank commission. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns of right order packages, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback here!

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 7 days of the original order dispatch date if it is our fault. Please contact us with your Order Number and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund as per Return policy and place a new order for the style you prefer.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition. i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling costs of shipping the exchanged items back to you. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
